Who we are
BetScore.online is an independent affiliate review site for the European online casino market. The team behind it has six years of combined experience reviewing online casinos and online sportsbooks - we treat each review like a matchday programme. Form, fixtures, line-up, full-time verdict.
We are not BetScore Casino. We do not operate the casino, we cannot create or close accounts at the casino, and we cannot intervene in disputes between players and the casino. We review the product as independent observers, register accounts under our own names like any other player, deposit our own funds, and document the experience exactly as a regular player would.
How the Form Score is calculated
Each casino we review earns a Form Score on a 10-point scale, rolled up from six weighted categories:
- Welcome Pack - 20% of the total. Match rate, cap, free spins, wagering, expiry, max bet during wagering.
- Casino Lobby - 20%. Game count, studio mix, RTP transparency, search and filter quality.
- Live Casino - 15%. Studio mix, table count, stream quality, mobile performance.
- Payments - 15%. Method count, fees, withdrawal speed (live tested), KYC speed.
- Mobile Form - 15%. Responsive lobby, native app or PWA, cashier and live tables on mobile.
- Squad Support - 15%. Live chat speed and quality, email response time, knowledge base depth.
Every category gets a 0–5 score from a tested run. Sub-scores are weighted, summed, and converted to the 10-point Form Score that appears on the home page.
Editorial policy
Affiliate disclosure
BetScore.online earns a commission when readers register at BetScore Casino through our links. The commission does not change the price the player pays and does not influence the Form Score. Reviews are written before commercial relationships are confirmed; once published, the score is locked unless the casino changes a tested factor (e.g. bonus terms, payment fees, licence). We disclose the affiliate relationship clearly on the home page and in the footer of every page on this site.
Corrections policy
If you spot a factual error on this site - an outdated bonus figure, an incorrect game count, a wrong payment fee - email hello@bet-score.online with the page URL and the line that needs correcting. We respond to correction requests within five working days. Confirmed corrections are made promptly and dated at the bottom of the page.
What we don’t do
We don’t accept paid placement in reviews. We don’t take down negative reviews when a casino asks. We don’t boost the Form Score in exchange for higher commission rates. We don’t republish marketing copy from the casino as our own - every review is written from a tested account.
We do receive affiliate commissions on signups; we do receive bonus offers for testing; we do sometimes hold higher-tier League / VIP accounts than a casual player would. We disclose the affiliate model. We don’t disclose every reload offer because that’s noise - the published bonus terms on this site reflect the publicly available offers, not whatever a host might add to a tested account.
